Our second shoot in a month! And a fun one it was, Barry is always easy to talk to and work with, as always we came with pre planned ideas and we did some fun gymnastics! Can’t wait to see the photos and I’m looking forward to our next shoot, thanks! :)

I had a great shoot with Barry at Kempston studio, after 4 years! He had a lot of ideas/moodboards and we did some amazing sets and I absolutely love the photos! He has a great sense of humour and super easy to work with! I can’t wait for our next shoot in a few weeks, thanks again! :)

I had such a fab shoot with Barry this week at Neon dreams studios.

Barry was very consistent with communication before hand and easy to get hold of.

During shoot we had lots of fun and achieved great images.

I felt totally safe and at ease in Barry’s presence and my own ideas and preferences were welcomed in fashion choice and posing.

What a lovely man, can’t wait to arrange a shoot together again in the future.

After a couple shoots with Barry on duo shoots with Ashley Ashton that were fabulous bonkers and lots of fun.

I recently just had a 5 hour solo shoot with Barry at Pauls Studio in reading.

Again absolutely bonkers and so much fun! Barry covered my face in liqourice strings, then another appearance of the robot suit to do the body letters and so much more.

I love working with Barry because i feel like i can be as creative as i desire which i really enjoy and Barry lets me live that! i get to pull faces and show emotions and crazy sides.

Barry is a gem, highly creative and professional, absolute artist.

i always feel safe and happy in Barrys company and i love working with him and continue to enjoy!

YAY! I'm finally able to confirm we had our second shoot!! Pre comms seemed very simple this time (hahah two charismatic, dyslexic individuals!)!

I was super looking forward to seeing Barry again and working in the studio!! We'd discussed some ideas and I was excited to see the spin Barry would put on them, true he did! We nattered through the shoot, stopped for lunch and I love how Barry's open to try most things even if out his comfort zone or totally not his thing- I enjoy doing this myself too! Super cool, different ideas, I think we both had fun, captured some awesome shots and will certainly be getting more in for 2024! Certainly recommended by me!! Thank you :)

Barry and I have done a total of 9 shoots now and each time we manage to do something new and exciting!

If you haven't worked with Barry before they you are missing out. He ensures each shoot is fun, creative, relaxed and different. The photos he takes are always amazing and I am proud of what we create together. Barry knows how to look after his models, he kindly provides lunch and we take regular breaks inbetween all the madness of experimenting with different looks and sets ups. I love our working relationship and consider Barry a good friend. It was another successful and fantastic day which left me on a high and I look forward to our future shoots together!

I’ve lost count how many times I’ve worked with the awesome Barry! Each and every shoot is different and FUN! Todays was no exception and it was my first time at Neon Dreams so I was delighted when Barry booked to shoot with me there. Pre-comms are always spot on and I knew what to bring with me and details of the shoot. Honestly, if you haven’t worked with Barry before then you are missing out. He’s by far one of my favourites because he has the most creative and wacky ideas and his photos are out of this world! Highly recommended by me and I look forward to our next one :D

First shoot with Barry , what a fun day !!

Barry booked me for 6hrs at neon dreams studio, he gave me brief of what he was after before hand which was helpful.

Barry is a very creative fun photographer and brilliant to work with !!!! We shot so much and I loved every second

Very much looking forward to seeing what he dose to the images , they came out so great from seeing the back of camera shots .

How many references is enough references ? .. I dont know, and i don't care hed probably say , he is having fun !!!

We have shot SOOO many different things, some are weird and whacky , some are beautiful and glam , its never a boring shoot i can tell you that.

However, i can trust Barry to give me 100% reliability, he always brings lunch and makes sure we take our time on the shoot . He has booked some amazing places and has paired me with some amazing models , yet to be a third -remember haha!!!

He is a diamond , what else can i say !!!

Incredibly impressed with Barrys endless amount of input into our shoots.

Were really are starting to merge together on the job , his wackiness and my glam haha.. theyre starting to take an interesting turn.

Barry makes me feel great on the shoot , he is so positive and enthusiastic about his shoots and i really admire that in photographers. Not to mention, he is super good company , always brings lunch and treats his models with absolute respect.

Our last shoot was at Neon dreams studios , i packed my case thinking... oh god , i actually don't know how to model with Neon's haha!!!! I don't think we used much of my gear , but Barry again, brought along some things that were perfect for the job .

I think you smashed the lighting Barry on this shoot, and i got some extraordinary shots of myself , that were less glam and more whacky and i really really liked them .

I have picked 10 images for edit , and i cant wait to see the result ..

Neon Dreams Studio

Barry visited Neon Dreams for the third time! This time shooting the lovely Ashash000 for best part of the day - I also stepped in for part of it.

We tried Neons, light painting and the simpler boxes/cove set. Barry is truly a creative, he is open to trying new techniques and got some wonderful shots!

It was a fantastic day and I look forward to the next time :)

Highly recommended.

You know the buzz you get when you’ve had a great shoot? Yeah I get that after every shoot I have with Barry aka my hairy godmother haha! Our most recent shoot was at the weekend when I had another enjoyable and creative time working with this amazing photographer friend of mine at Penguin Studios. Barry is always full of fun and enthusiasm and he has such a great attitude and personality that makes his shoots very enjoyable and easy-going. Barry is always fully professional and respectful and I think all of the models who get a chance to shoot with him are very lucky. We have another 3 days coming up this year which I am very much looking forward to :)

Tanya and Barry are likely some of the most upbeat people i know and i absolutely adore the pair of them !!

I had car issues the night before , so i owe him one really with his patience and consideration during the shoot .

He is friendly, outgoing, kind, creative, fun to be around and has a real eye and passion for photography.

We shot various themes in the time we had and we even managed to have some breaks and chats :)

I thoroughly enjoyed shooting with Barry and I would definitely be excited to shoot with him again!

This was my first shoot with the oh so lovely Barry at penguin studios!

Right from the first message I knew we were going to get on. This young hearted, quirky gent really impressed me with all his knowledge and experience in all aspects, but particularly design. As you can see from his port he has some amazingly brilliant ideas, unique to himself. I were excited and flattered to be able to add to them and get creative. BARRY DIDN'T DISAPPOINT. First set he was well prepared and really involved, he created some awesome light effects and used clever settings on the camera to capture awesome results.

The variety in styles we covered over the 6 hours was great and time just flew. We'll definitely be working together again and should you get the chance too I would highly recommend you grab it!

I had another really fun and creative shoot with Barry today at Penguin Studio in Thame. As always, pre-comms were great! I knew what to bring with me and he let me know his ideas along with attached images beforehand. I was very excited for this shoot as we were experimenting with long exposure shots with a light sabre... Barry was dressed like a ninja behind me and thankfully he didn't trip up in the dark! We then moved onto latex but the outfit I bought was a little too big for me. Barry used his scissor skills to cut the skirt and it worked perfectly! He is a man of many talents :D We managed to fit in several other looks/sets in the remainder of the time we had and the day went in the blink of an eye. Barry is friendly, polite, easy to talk to and get on with and I love his enthusiasm and passion when it comes to achieving the images he is after on his shoots. We always work together and we make a great team. The photos I've seen on the back of his camera are amazing and I can't wait to see the results. Barry provided lunch and drinks (and creme eggs! Nom nom!) - he really does look after his models and makes sure the shoot is relaxed. I highly recommend Barry and I look forward to the other shoots we have booked in this year :D

🎞 Kempston Studio [Studio Hire, Bedford] 🎞

Firstly apologies for the tardiness of my reference.

Barry attended the Kitty Dawson studio day last weekend and from first introductions I could tell Barry was a proper gentleman. We had conversed over messages prior to the shoot so I knew a bit about Barry but I get the feeling that you could sit in a pub all day with Barry and never run out of subjects to talk about and also stories to tell. That said Barry was respectful to Kitty, the studio and its equipment and had a pre-planned idea of the shots he wanted to achieve, which he did.

Barry is booked back in with the studio in the next few months and I have a feeling that the conversations will just flow again.

Barry makes his models feel comfortable in his presence and I am more than happy to recommend Barry.
