Having worked with Ian a couple of times remotely, he planned a trip up north and came to my studio. This was a shoot I was excited about, finally in-person. We had already established a great rapport and a super working relationship from our previous shoots. Such a lovely, warm-hearted person who I have seen working on his portfolio over the past year to great success. Communication is excellent, Ian is considerate and respectful. It will always be a pleasure planning a shoot with Ian, certainly, one to look forward to. I have no hesitation recommending Ian to others.

Had a lovely shoot with Ian today,it was the first time we shot together in person! It was an honour that Ian wanted to include working with me on his tour to the North!

Ian is really lovely and thoughtful of how to approach a shoot and how to go about working with models. He is super chatty which is helps for a natural,relaxed shoot.

It’s wonderful the effort Ian puts into his shoots and the enthusiasm he has for wanting to keep learning although he is already very talented! We got to take a quick look at the images we created and they looked amazing,excited to see the final results! I’d absolutely recommend shooting with Ian and I hope to again soon!

I had an amazing and very fruitful remote shoot with Ian! I was really looking forward to it as I saw his lovely work before online. We had a relaxed and fun shoot full of laughs while I stayed in the Maledives recently. Ian was very kind and great to chat to, great communicator as well!

I worked with Ian for the second time at my home after many months on hold due to the pandemic. It was absolutely lovely to finally work with Ian again, he is very easy to work with and when you shoot it is a joint collaborative effort. He has ideas but also values the models input too.

Throughout the shoot Ian is chatty, respectful and a joy to work with. He shows you the images on the back of the camera and makes sure you are happy with them.

Time flies by which is always a good sign! Lovely man and fantastic photographer to work with! Highly recommended!

Ian booked a place on the recent Bohemian Bloom REMOTE event with myself, Carla Monaco and Ivory Flame.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable hour! I made sure that each and every person who booked a slot with me got something different so no outfit was repeated- it was a challenge, but I managed it!

Such a wonderful event with amazing people. Thank you SO much Ian for booking a place with us- loving the images I have seen so far and can't wait to see more!

See you again in July for our first in person shoot :)

Ivory Flame

Another fab remote shoot with Ian, during our Bohemian Bloom event (with Artemis and Carla) We only had an hour to work but we got STUNNING images as well as having nice time to chat. It also helped that Ian had responded to my ideas and options posted in the fb group beforehand, narrowing down the looks and styles to focus on, so we both knew how to use the time well, as well as going with the flow.

Again he was utterly lovely, so friendly, considerate and grateful - he really took the time to say how much he appreciated all the work we put into our sets and themes. His edits have been fantastic (and FPIs keep rolling in from our last shoot, no doubt there will soon be more!)

Now I'm excited for our first in-person shoot booked for next month which I'm really looking forward to :-) Happily recommended, cheers so much Ian!

Wow what a fantastic day with Ian! I think this is our fourth shoot now!

We went on a location shoot, we haven’t done this before only at my place. Well I tell you what, Ian absolutely shines in doing natural light outside photography! We’ve got some amazing images and I would say after every shoot with Ian that they’re really good however I would say this is the best one to date!! I’ll probably say that on the next shoot too but this is my favourite one so far!

Ian is so kind and great to work with, doesn’t even feel like work half the time! He’s become a great friend and it’s so nice to find someone in the industry like this!

I love working with Ian! Not only because we get great results but because we have fun and we can talk just about anything.

Yesterday we had our first in person shoot, it’s all been done remotely through lock down and finally, we were able to catch up in person.

Ian is a great friendly person, with an awesome personality! He’s not just now a photographer I’ve worked with but a friend I can speak too! So thank you for not only working with me and creating some awesome images but for also being a good friend!

Highly recommend Ian! He will not disappoint in any project 📸 look forward to our next in person shoot on Saturday!

He was friendly, easy going and making sure i was ok during the shoot was high on his list.

We had a great chat whilst we shot and it was a fun shoot.

Its great to see Ian's photographic skills improving but i believe he always did have a natural eye for photography.

Would recommend and would love to shoot with Ian again.

I had a lovely shoot with Ian yesterday, we shot on location in a woodlands just outside of Swindon. Ian was joined by Adrian Crooked who assisted him on his shoot.

As always Ian is a pleasure to work with, great fun, great company throughout and we always get fab shots.

The shoot was fun, relaxed and we got lovely weather too-perfect :)

Another great day with Ian, his now 3rd visit to the studio.

Ian always arrives at the studio in plenty of time and is totally prepared for his day. He has a plan and style of what he wants to shoot on the day.

He ensures at all times that the model is happy with the shoot and gives them plenty of time between styles to change and retouch hair and make up etc .

He is a very fast developing photographer and over the last year, I have seen a tremendous improvement of his work. Ian is shooting some amazing quality shots and I have no doubt to recommend Ian anyone, who is looking for a great person & photographer.

I've lost track of how many times Ian and I have shot together now, and it hasn't even been 12 months yet! As with every other shoot he is a joy to work with and his pre shoot communications are excellent, very informative and he makes a real effort to have a loose shoot plan ahead for each shoot so we have a basis to work off of.

Ian is, as always, a perfect gentleman, always making sure I'm okay and pausing often to check on me throughout the shoot. His ability with his camera has improved time upon time and every shoot I'm always amazed with the back of camera images and todays shoot was no exception. I always look forward to working with Ian and will definitely continue to do so :)

I had an excellent four hour remote shoot with Ian today! Ian’s pre comms were excellent leading up to the shoot and I was really looking forward to working with him.

On the day the shoot just flew by, we started our shoot by chatting and Ian was very easy to talk to as he was very relaxed and his easy going nature made me feel comfortable and at ease very quickly into the shoot. Ian had booked four hours which meant we had more chances to look at images, make outfit changes, have small breaks and chat which was really enjoyable and made the creating process fun!

Ian was extremely patient and understanding when we had a tech hiccup where my teamviewer stopped working and we lost connection. It took at least 15 minutes to sort out yet Ian was calm and we worked out a solution together.

The images looked fantastic and I am looking forward to shoot number two, this time in person!

Ian and I have worked together on several occasions now, both remotely and in person and today was our first in person shoot of the year. As with the rest of our shoots together, we had a blast, today was definitely no exception. After venturing out to a gorgeous woodland location, we cracked on and captured some truly stunning images straight away - we've gotten to know each other so well now we have a great work flow!

Ian's pre shoot communications are excellent, very detailed and make for planning a shoot extremely easy. He knows his way around a camera, quickly adjusting his settings to accommodate the extremely harsh sunshine we were battling and I truly admire his shooting form.

I wouldn't hesitate to work with Ian again, in fact looking forward immensely to our studio shoot next week, and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to other models.

I was lucky enough to have a remote shoot with Ian recently, and what a shoot we had!! one of my faves so far actually.

It was mine and Ian’s first shoot but I felt like we had know each other years - he made me so comfortable. Also, something that for me, was so so appreciated, was just how much Ian respected me and my work. He noticed how hard i was working and thanked me for it.perhaps it sounds silly, but for me that’s huge. It made me just want to shoot more and more and try to be better , because it was so so nice to feel genuinely appreciated.

We actually did go slightly over, mainly because I was having so much fun I didn’t want the shoot to end. We were chatting the whole way through, laughing the whole way through. It was a ball!!!

Ian was so patient when I was moving all of the equipment around, which again just put me so at ease.

We shot some wonderful images in a suit, then some fab nudes. We then got a little experimental and I loved that Ian was happy to go with my whacky ideas - which together we collaborated on to get some really fantastic results that i personally adore!!

so in short. amazing shoot. wonderful chap. highly recommended !

What a lovely shoot we had today!!!

I love working with Ian, we've shot remotely twice now, but it feels like we have shot more.

We get on so well, Ian is so friendly, genuine and professional, definitely become one of my friends now!!

We create awesome images and had some awesome conversations! We got some lovely natural light images today!!

It was a big pleasure to work remotely with Ian Oliver, it was so intresting to play with a different ideas and concepts. He is very kind photographer and attentive to a model. He takes his time, doesn't push a model to rush and gives an opportunity to express freely. I think it was one of my best remote photoshoots and I would like to work with him again

Shot for the first time remotely with Ian yesterday! I was really looking forward to shooting with Ian as I knew he had some amazing previous work and was a very talented photographer. He had great communications prior to the shoot which made planning run very smoothly :) .

Ian was very enthusiastic about the shoot which added to it being such a great day! It’s always lovely to work with someone who is very excited about it! Ian had such a friendly and chatty approach which allowed for a relaxed few hours!

Different ideas were thrown around and some great concepts were created which made for wonderful photos! It was a very fun shoot all round!

Ian has come so far with his photography in a short time,I believed he had many many years experience! He is very considerate of the models he works with and makes sure they are comfortable throughout the shoot! I’d absolutely recommend working with him if you haven’t already and I look forward to shooting with him again.
