This was my second remote shoot with Ian, which I was already looking forward to because Ian is such a lovely person, we get along well, we shoot productively and always have a good natter.

We had good communication before the shoot and a good understanding that we can flow with pottery much any idea during the session itself and Ian allows for that which always feels good creatively.

I have no doubt any model would be comfortable in Ians company, he's respectful, polite and considerate. A photographer who I have no hesitation in recommending.

Looking forward to shooting in person. :-)

Ian and I have worked together many times over the past (almost!) 12 months, but this was our second remote shoot together.

As always, his pre shoot communications were excellent and he provided a loose idea on what we would be shooting, but for the most part trusted my creativity.

Ian is a true gentleman, someone who I really connect with in a creative sense, and our work has improved time after time, totting up to our ninth shoot now!

Ian's skill with a camera is exquisite, knowing what to adjust and when, to make the most of the stunning natural light.

I highly recommend him and look forward to our next (in person, hopefully!) shoot next month!

Artemis Fauna

I shot with Ian last week for four hours on a remote session- our first ever shoot.

We had a super time, spent a lot of it chatting away which was lovely and the rest of it creating some amazing images!!

We had a rough plan of action and managed to cover loads of different styles, genres and themes in the time- without it feeling rushed.

I really LOVE the results from the shoot.

As has been said all along, remote shoots are not a replacement for 'in person shoots' but, as has been proved now over and over- they are a fabulous and creative alternative while we are unable to shoot face to face.

The shoot flew by and I really enjoyed it. I am looking forward to working with Ian again some time soon- in person or remotely again.

I had a wonderful 4 hour remote shoot with Ian today. He is incredible sweet, easy going, friendly and thoroughly considerate... encouraging of plenty of breaks, and fab to chat with throughout.

Ian sent some great rough ideas for me to go on, and encouraged my input, with us working together on each set and deciding which colours and outfits to use. We were blessed with beautiful light in my remote space and I adore the images we created.

It's clear that Ian is an absolute gentleman and appreciates the work the model puts in hugely. Lovely to work with and happy recommended!!

I had a super shoot with Ian recently, we have shot together 3 times now and I think our work together gets better each time :)

Ian is a lovely person and we get along great so it's very easy to chat, shoot chat a bit more, discuss ideas/change things around etc without any bother at all and it all just flows.

I loved the fashion/Portraits/vintage looks we did, can't wait to see them.

I had a fabulous four hour remote shoot with the lovely Ian!!!

He was so friendly and approachable from the get go!! We had some great conversations as well as getting some epic images which he had kindly sent me some already!

I would love to shoot with Ian again. The time just flew by and before we knew it, we were logging off!

Ian and I shot together for the (8th?) time now and just like every other shoot, it's been a joy. After having to postpone due to lockdown, we had plenty of time to really craft our ideas before we jumped back into Raw Pics Studio in Ilminster. We settled on a Christmas theme as well as some classic art nude and lingerie, once again taking our time to really get the perfect images.

Ian's professionalism is second to none, arranging a shoot with Ian is one of the easiest shoots to organise, his pre shoot communications are flawless and his professional shines through.

On set he's a joy to be around, easy going and every bit the gentleman you'd expect from his previous glowing references. Over the 6 months or so that we've been working together his confidence has risen tonnes and his camera knowledge is superb.

Everything from pre comms to his post processing is always well thought out and professional.

I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ian to new or experienced models!

Today was the second time I had met Ian at the studio, he puts in a huge amount of commitment driving all the way from London, to shoot at my studio.

Ian is a true professional and clearly very passionate about his work. He gives the utmost attention to everyone around him and is so polite and professional at all times. He gives his thoughts and ideas a great deal of time too, so that when he arrives at the studio, he is ready to go with his creative ideas.

Absolute professional and I look forward to shooting with Ian in the near future.

Ian and I did a remote shoot. Amazing to think that Ian is fairly new to model photography, it's clear to see that he has found his way perfectly — easy going, friendly and respectful, we clicked and chatted and captured fab images too, I love a shoot like that, fun yet productive.

Felt like chatting to a friend, working on style after style, agreeing on what to work on next and throwing ideas in left, right and centre.

Certainly recommended.

Ian came over for a shoot at mine and really made the most out of a very simple set up.

He's really curious and willing to understand what he's doing. It's extremely rewarding for me to be able to work with people who are interested in my input and vision, while they don't let it overtake their own.

Working with Ian was constructive, simple and relaxing. Hope we can do it again sometimes!

I worked with Ian for the first time on Saturday at my home, I could tell from his communications that the shoot would be a success and a lovely one and lucky for me I was right! It was!

Ian’s pre communications were excellent and he turned up on time, we had a cup of tea and a good get to know each other chat and then we started shooting as well as chatting some more whilst shooting which is always lovely.

Whilst shooting Ian was showing me what we were getting and was welcoming my input working as a team which made for some beautiful shots.

Ian is honestly one of the most lovely photographers I have worked with and such a lovely person too. I would wholeheartedly recommend him and working with him was a complete joy!

I am already looking forward to our next shoot! Thank you so much Ian for such a lovely first shoot!

Ian, as with our other shoots, arrived on time and raring to go. His pre shoot communications are excellent and a plan was quickly established. Despite the weather looking shaky, we ventured off onto our location shoot and the weather remained dry, in actual fact perfect conditions - but a back up plan was already in place regardless.

When you work with someone multiple times, you begin to get to know what they like and don't like, the rapport that is built is brilliant and that is where Ian and I now at. He's a perfect gentleman, polite and professional throughout the entire shoot.

He's come a long way from our first remote shoot and I'm glad I've been able to see the progress. He's happy to try the same thing again with different settings as well as free flowing with it.

I highly recommend Ian to both new and professional models.

First of all, we would like to say what a great person Ian is. Having been given the chance over the last few months to get to know Ian, we can confidently tell you he is passionate about his photography in every way. His eye to detail has always been keen but more recently has been extra sharp, noticing even the small things which really helps to elevate his images. He's a polite and charming gentleman, calm in everything he does. He's shot with Angel multiple times as well as a tutored shoot with us both on location. On top of that he has been attending editing tuition with John and the improvements that he has made are exceptional! Approximately 3 hours every few weeks, tailored specifically to what Ian wanted to either recap or learn and his images have most definitely come on leaps and bounds.

We've done a few face to face tutorials as well as virtual, but each one works out exactly as planned.

We always look forward to seeing his work. Thankyou for letting us be a part of your journey so far :)

As with my other references, I will reiterate the most important parts. Ian is a friendly individual with a keen eye for detail who enjoys the shoot first and foremost, this makes the models job effortless and much more relaxed. He is understanding and always wants to know you're okay, never expecting you to push too hard, but goes above and beyond his self.

He's an exceptionally hard working gentleman with a clear love and passion for photography which really shines through. This was our first shoot in a totally foreign setting as he took part on my West London tour, but we used the property to its full potential, really pushing and making some truly stunning images in the short time we had.

I can't recommend Ian enough, and will continue to do so!

What can I say about the lovely Ian that I haven’t already mentioned in my previous references :)

Ian joined me at The Residence this week for a test shoot before the venue opens for business, this was very exciting for me. Myself and Ian have planned an outdoor location shoot for some time now but unfortunately due to the weather here in the UK, it can be very unpredictable at times.

There was no stopping us this time, we shot for 4hrs around the stunning venue, which featured an outdoor swimming pool and loads of beautiful scenery :)

I absolutely love working with Ian, he is one of the kindest and caring people I know in this industry and he is worth his weight in gold.

I cannot recommend him enough and I’m looking forward to many more collaborations together.

This shoot has to be one of our bests shoots to date and cannot wait to see the images.

If you haven’t already worked with Ian, you really are missing out. He is such a fun and chatty person.

I shot with Ian again last Wednesday at my local woodland location after having to reschedule the shoot due to the bad weather we have been having. Ian was very accommodating with rescheduling and we were able to shoot a week later.

Ian is super lovely person to work with, he puts the models interest first and wants you to be happy and safe and also apart of the creating process.

We did get rain on our shoot but we manged to work around it as much as possible, Ian was great didn't push me to keep working but was cheerful and encouraging and we both got some lovely images.

I look forward to working with Ian again and I am happy to recommend him to other models.

Ian and I arranged a collaborative shoot in Epping Forest and we had a blast! I'm not sure either of us imagined how easy it was to find different locations in such a small area of the forest!

Ian has a very calming style when working with models which enabled me to instantly relax. We agreed on so many aspects of the shoot it ended up being a breeze!

I'm really looking forward to working with Ian on our next shoot in the studio.. I highly recommend Ian for his photography and his style of working with models.

Lovely Ian,

This must be our 4th or 5th shoot now and they just get better and better :)

Ian is a joy to work with, very relax and easy going and most of all a very kind and caring person. He always tells me to slow down and to take my time whilst I'm busy trying to get us an FPI :) hopefully one day we will get one - we work so hard together!

We did plan on doing a beach shoot today but unfortunately the UK weather wasn't on our side, so we had a plan b. From what I could see from the back of the camera we definitely got cool shots, very different to what we have done before and I'm very much looking forward to seeing them on the big screen once Ian has done his last touches to them.

Thank you Ian for continuing to work with me and I look forward to celebrating our 1st FPI together soon :)
