Yayy, what a lovely first shoot with Ramees! :D We had been emailing for some time before it seemed but due to both sides just not having the right availability at the right time it wasn't until this Spring when we finally nailed it and had a wonderful session packed with creativity and stylish bounce at his home/studio location in South Wales. It had been a long time coming, but as they say: good things come to those who wait. And it sure did!

The night before the shoot, Ramees kindly made it so that I could stay over at the house which was a big help because my shoot with him was on part of a longer tour where I stay within the relative area. stopping over meant I was already there and good to go on the day of our shoot and no hectic travelling to do on the morning. I was very well looked after, comfortable and safe with my own room/plenty of space for my yoga before the shoot! :D There was herbal tea around the clock (photographer has herbal tea = photographer is awesome! :P) and just the best hospitality all-round really. His mum was on hand to make my stay really enjoyable too bless her, she also prepared the yummiest lunch for us mid-way through the shoot when we took a break; it was such a lovely atmosphere to be in and I really enjoyed the whole day with fab company and then all the tremendous creativity that came with shooting.

The natural light at his place was just divine, he has it kitted out so well for this kind of photography with models. We covered a lot of ground with our shoot and were really on a roll once we got into it. Ramees has the most beautifully exquisite collection of vintage and classic outfits which he provides for shoots, I have no doubts at all that some on the funky fashion-esque ideas we fired off that day were seriously top-quality! It's always inspiring too when you work with a photographer that still uses film, there's so much more discipline and care needed to get the shots so fair play to this gent who really knows his stuff technically with film photography. :) From composing the angle to operating with the natural/available light, Ramees is a very good photographer who wants to achieve the best possible photograph out of each look: no rushing/no pressure, just artistic and creative motivation to make a lovely picture. Ramees kindly allowed me to take some back-of-the-camera "behind the scenes" snaps off of the digital camera to share proudly as a little sneak-peek of what we did. It's so rewarding when you work really well together and make stunning images, regardless of the arrangement... there's nothing like teamwork coming together and enjoying the work in hand.

Prior to the shoot, Ramees gave perfectly concise and swift communication in relation to our shoot which is always appreciated when arranging a tour and knowing what to bring with you with the styles you will be shooting. He's such a highly organised photographer so the planning of our shoot really was a doddle. I am so grateful to Ramees for being such a lovely person to work with and certainly look forward to working together again soon! :D

I had the absolute pleasure of meeting and working with Ramees for the first time on Monday. Pre-communications were excellent but they didn’t prepare me for just how kind Ramees and his mother are. Superb hospitality and never a dull moment!

I really enjoyed working with Ramees he is very creative and certainly has his own style, which is awesome and I like it when people ‘break a few photography rules’ to get that image.

We shot some 60’s/70’s fashion through to nudes all day listening to fab music and chatting away like old friends :)

Ramees has a relaxed way of working which I feel helps produce the authentic images he is aiming to achieve. I was also super impressed with his vintage camera collection and it was great fun and educational.

I had such a great day and really do hope we will shoot again, if not before hopefully see you at the Skindred concert ;)

I had the pleasure of working with Ramees for the first time at his lovely home studio in Newport.

He was very welcoming, friendly and polite.

The space is on the top floor and has lots of skylights which makes for soft light which shows in the pictures.

He had an awesome 60's & 70's wardrobe and I really enjoyed modelling this genre, learning some about vintage clothing.

Ramees also cooks a very tasty lamb curry for lunch ;)

The 8 hours flew by and we both really enjoyed it, I hope we have more shoots to come!

Can't wait to see the results of the digital & film cameras!

3rd shoot with Ramees ! It’s always such a pleasure getting to hang out with this lovely chap! This time he came up to my home to shoot and we shot so many cool looks and different angles, it always impresses me just how nimble Ramees is at always getting such great angles! ! ( down on the floor and using those core muscles !) I am always so impressed he puts 1000% into every shoot he does and insisted on not wearing a coat outside for a few shots ! I find this so utterly refreshing and edearing that Ramees will go through anything the model has to go through and always makes sure I’m comfortable and safe. Every room we shot in Ramees had great ideas on compositions and making the best of glorious natural light we had !

Absolutely can’t wait for our next shoot already! If you get the chance to shoot with Ramees you better not miss it ! Super talented, caring and all round superstar 🤩

Today was my third shoot with Ramees! This time we shot from his home studio in Newport and it such a fabulous set up. He constantly kept me warm the entire shoot and offered such good hospitality, even extending that to cook myself AND my chaperone lunch! Another fab shoot with the Ramees,we have shot so many times I have lost count. This time we shot at his home shooting location in Newport which is fantastic.

Ramees is always great fun and I always have such a laugh. Lots of amazing retro outfits which are right up my street and a soundtrack of 50'/60's classic music, perfect :)

Had a fabulous day shooting with Ramees yesterday at his home . His communications were faultless , shoot booked in just a few messages , and mood-board sent over , if only all shoots could be booked so easily . He was also very understanding as I had injured myself prior to the shoot but we managed to work around it .

What the references say are true , he is the sweetest guy ever ensuring that I was comfortable and had everything I needed throughout the day . His mum even made us some delicious lunch . Although it was a long shoot , it didn't seem it and the hours soon flew by and plenty of breaks were provided to keep my energy up. We managed to get through a few styles to from art nude , through to retro vintage fashion . It was a fun filled mix of a day .

Second shoot with Ramees, well- maybe more talking than shooting, haha but a good day non the less. :)

Ramees traveled to me this time and we spent the day shooting loads of retro and vintage styled images- making the most of the fab natural light at my place.

I really like shooting retro styled fashion and Ramees was particularly taken with my record collection which was very nice! :)

I had another wonderful shoot with Ramees this year, infact 2 so far :)

As always Ramees communication is top notch and the day went wonderfully. We did a variety of sets starting from vintage 60s wear to lingerie and through to a bit of art nude.

I love the vintage sets we do, each time something new is brought into the mix and along with his fab taste in music our time always flys by.

Ramees has been kind enough to host me each time I have stayed, his hospitality is much appreciated and may I just say wow his curry are amazing!! Haha thank you :)

Definitely a recommended as always!

Another lovely day with Ramees! This is our second shoot together and this time we did a full day at his home studio.

His mum made a beautiful curry for us at lunchtime which was a real treat, and we got some stunning images throughout the course of the day.

He's such a sweetheart, true gentleman and super kind :)

Ramees is by the far one of the most hospitable gentleman I have ever met. He has a heart of gold and always takes his models into account, their health, ideas and safety. His talent is undeniable and I love every second we work together, the hours seem to fly by! 110% recomend :)

Ramees has to be one of the most hospitable and kindest photographers I have ever worked with. Right from the get go, he offers to buy coffee from the shop and helps carry my bags inside. Our 7 hour shoot flew by, and Ramees had so many great ideas, he was so down to Earth and easy to chat to, there wasn’t enough time in the day! Ha ha. His lovely mum cooked me lunch and a steady supply of coffee was made which I truly appreciate! I got to know Ramees and his love for film photography, and he has a super cool range of vintage clothing !! I was comfortable at all times and I can’t wait to work with him again in the near future ! Thank you so much for our day Ramees, you were awesome to shoot with 😁😁

Had our first of many shoots today and I was not dissapointed. Pre coms were great so I knew what to expect ect. Even before I turned up the hospitality was amazing. Offered to cook curry as his mum does for many models and was so accommodating. Such a lovely and down to earth guy. we had such my fun and really got to know eachother which instantly made me feel comfortable

I had my first of many shoots with ramees today! First off he is such a lovely and polite man beforr meeting and all throughout our shoot! :) he made me feel 100% comfortable for the whole 6 hours shooting. Hes also got some fab ideas and his work is very unique and different! In a good way :). Cannot wait to see the results from today i knoe they are going to be great! Looking forward to showing them off.

Had a 6 hour shoot with Ramees today and after many weeks of loving his work on PP I cannot praise this talented photographer highly enough with words.

From the onset his personality and passion for photography is exceptional. From his hospitality in his great natural lit loftspace to his calming nature, I just know we have created some great photographic work today.

He set out an agenda on what was required today and I very much hope he got what he needed and can't wait to see the results.

Great taste in music and super choice of clothes with props !

I have definitely made plans for another shoot with the knowledge that this will be the start of a long and fruitful friendship.

Had my first shoot with this lovely guy and I hope It's not our last one!

Ramees is a nice person and very talented. Chatty , kind and profesional. He and his dad kindly picked me up from train stadion and droped me off as well. We shoot all day and I Really enoyed our shoot. I saw pictures and They looked very classy and arty. Ramess got colection of amazing outfits Which we used and lots of pretty neckles.

8h Went very quickly and I can't wait to shoot with Ramess again!
