I have shot with Syd countless times, He is the most amazing, funniest person i have ever met i love him lots. He is very professional at his job and the pictures we take look always good we even done few videos now and they look amazing i couldn’t recommend him enuff. He is the only photographer that i get on with really well hes like my bestfriend everytime he comes for the shoot we always have a good laugh and the time flies so quick with him, honestly hes got a heart of gold and dont think you can meet nicer person than him. Cant wait to work with him again hes the best!!

Shot with syd on 29th july. What a great day! We had a fabulous shoot, syd is very friendly, chatty and makes you feel very comfortable! great for me as ive been abit put off from shooting from togs behaviours! He allowed me to have input, to discuss ideas with him and sets for the shoot. I would 1000% shoot with syd again! he even put up with my little pooch sugar lol! we look forward to seeing you again and creating more work! take care lots of love ria xxxx

So I had the pleasure of meeting Syd over the weekend for a half a day shoot at my house.

Syd travelled very far for this shoot but it was well worth it as we have created some amazing images together.

Pre communication was brilliant and a mood board was sent prior with some lovely ideas.

This was one of the most relaxed shoots I've had and Syd is full of funny stories to lift you mood!

Highly recommended by me and I really hope to shoot with Syd again the future!

I have shot with Syd (the fragrance freak) countless times, I was looking forward to my first full day shoot with Syd on Saturday.

Syd arrived early and met me at our arranged meeting point in Birmingham, absolute gentleman carried my luggage to the car, pre-communication super as always with Syd, arranged a location shoot first and finishing the shoot at a hotel Syd had booked for me.

Syd is one the best creative photographers I have had the pleasure to work with, the images we create are jaw dropping and are unique as Syd’s creativity just flows. Syd’s positioning and direction is on point and regularly shows me back of camera images.

Throughout our shoot walking around Birmingham city centre, Syd repeatedly asked if I needed anything to drink/eat having regular breaks.

Our banter never stopped, Syd is such a funny, fun guy, had me in stiches with his stories and has such a great sense of humour. I always feel comfortable shooting with Syd as he holds the greatest respect for models.

Syd even treated me to Nandos for lunch, which was very nice, we drove between locations in Birmingham, keeping the walking to a minimum after our location shoot we went to the hotel Syd had booked for our 2nd half of the shoot. We shot entirely using natural light, again Syd’s ideas just kept flowing and eventually ran out of time.

Syd asked me to help him with a personal project he had launched recently, this was great fun which I enjoyed thoroughly.

I cannot recommend Syd enough, he is such a funny, respectful, generous gentleman, not only a great photographer but a good friend, plus he always smells great (the fragrance freak).

I love this guy 😊 can't wait to shoot again..

I had my first shoot with Syd while touring in Birmingham and I’m sure we have many more to come! Syd’s first impression was really good, he made sure he was on time and made sure to also notify me he might be late. Communication was excellent and I knew it would be a really great experience to shoot together!

Syd was sooooo funny and chatty all the way through. The amount of funny stories I’ve heard throughout the shoot and times when I was laughing was unbelievable! Syd is definitely a great company to be around with, always smiling and positive whatever happens ! We were talking forever and I thought I was the one who was quite chatty, well I think Syd tooo it over ha! He’s a really relaxed and easy going photographer who made me feel really comfortable and at ease. Our shoot was so relaxed it felt like we shot before !

Syd was really well prepared for our shoot too. He sent me examples of images he wanted to create as well as brought some props and clothes and it’s always great when both sides contribute into the shoot. We took a few great photographs, different styles and we shared our ideas too as Syd was open to suggestions I had such as shooting my favourite handstand ha:) he’s a really good photographer, full of ideas and creativity.

I really enjoyed our shoot and I’m hoping to shoot together very soon! Thank you Syd :)!

Always look forward to shoots with Syd! He’s not just a highly skilled photographer but he’s so easy to get on with. He holds a brilliant convo with puts me at ease when shooting, we chat in between shots which keeps my energy levels high giving us great images. Syd’s got some great ideas and we always talk through some before the shoot, we never have time for everything but it’s nice to understand what kind of images we’re working towards.

This photographer has a great eye for beauty shots and you’ll get some beautiful results! I’d always reccomend.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve worked with Syd now!

I’m very proud to point out how different each shoot is, and to show the results that we have achieved.

Syd is an absolute pleasure to work with, bringing fantastic energy, passion and friendship to our shoots. He also really knows how to have a laugh - the banter is none stop! A full day just flies by!

We are always on the same page creatively and have a great understanding of each other, style included.

Good to see Syd at Studio Fifty Eight when he shot with Izunia. We had great pre comms with Syd and he turned up well on time. Me and Syd booked in another half day (which of course ended up being a full day due to ideas flowing!)

I strongly recommend working with Syd, one of my favourite photographers :-)

He has an amazing photographic style, eye for details and immaculate editing skills. Syd is also very skilled at video.

What really stands out for me is the environment that is created during the shoot. We have an amazing balance of fun, laughs... LOADS of energy, but boy do we work hard for those images at the same time :-)

I've also been helping Syd with a number of video projects over the last few months which I'm thoroughly enjoying. Its great to work on what Syd is truly passionate about.

An absolutely lovely man who is a great friend as well as a industry pal.

Another fantastic full day with Syd.

Syd sis always full of refreshing, creative ideas, and remains ambitious and takes risks throughout which keeps me extremely inspired.

We really work on versatility which I think comes across in the images that we create.

Syd brought along lots of his lighting equipment which is absolutely immaculate, we also opted for some natural light.

Highly recommend working with Syd. You are guaranteed to have a fantastic day, with constant banter and laughs as well as hard work.

This was my 4th time shooting with Syd, and the results are once again are to die for.

Syd has a real eye for detail, is full of creative ideas and is great company along the way. A 8 hour day never goes flat, with consistent enthusiasm and energy.

I absolutely love the results, Syd's style, the lighting, the editing and would recommend working with Syd to any model. We also found out that he is a great videographer! :-)

We equally work really hard, including pre communication which only reflects back to the final images.

I really enjoy the balance of professionalism, and focus alongside having a laugh and banter... which isn't easy to come by.

It is an absolute pleasure working with Syd and cant wait for our next shoot. We already have a full day and a commercial shoot arranged as ideas continue to flow as well as a ongoing project.

I had my 3rd shoot with Sid on Tuesday at my home shoot location.

Another wonderful shoot!!

Syd came prepared with all of his equipment (most of it was brand new), including the most amazing ring light that we got to use for images and also video.

We also did some natural light work which has turned out some fab images!!

Amazing atmosphere as always, we had laugher throughout whilst getting the job done! (We even scheduled time for a chippy takeaway)

I highly recommend working with Syd.

The shots are consistently great. One word... portraits.

Syd has a really strong eye for detail and also edits the pictures to a super high standard, without going over board... I’m SO impressed with this.

Looking forward to a full day shoot in 2 weeks time with my friend Syd. :-)

I had my second shoot with Syd yesterday evening at Aura Studio.

Pre communication was great, I knew exactly what to bring along and what the aim of the shoot was.

Syd has a fantastic style, and a great eye for detail. For me, he is extremely impressive with his portrait images... infact has produced some of my favourite shots up to date.

Syd is one of the friendliest, kind and funny people I have met. Not only have I met a industry link but also a great friend.

I would recommend Syd to both new models looking for a starter portfolio and also experienced models who are ready to create some magic.
