I worked with Horace alongside another model for a shoot a while back, he was such an amazing model to work with the photographer had no issues when it came to Horace he was a natural in front of the camera. Was s breath of fresh air to work with ! Definitely recommend x

Sometimes, a model comes along and you think to yourself "at some point, I have to shoot this person"

Roger is one of those models and when he contacted me to say he would be touring in the area I pretty much bit his arm off at the shoulder.

Roger is inventive, incredibly organised, charming, adventurous, emotive, amusing, warm and friendly..and a fantastic model with a deep love of his craft ..and it shows..in spades.

He takes direction almost by telepathy..he just grabs the idea and goes with it..and the results are bang on again and again.

Work with him, dont uhhm and aaah about it, just email him and sort it out..you wont be disappointed..

I have been an admirer of Horace's work for some and was delighted to get to work with him at a workshop.

Horace is a true professional. His ability to anticipate the poses that I was after was surperb and led to a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon.

Given the opportunity I would love to work with him again as his style lends itself a number of different shoot ideas.

A lovely day today with Horace and Jon Snappaway in London .. !!!

Horace has approached me a while ago about shooting together while he will be on a tour around UK. I jumped at the chance, although by then we didn't even know who the photographer is going to be.. I was amazed of Horace great organisational skills... couldn't wait for today , especially when the idea of the shoot was something completely new to me :)

Horace is a lovely person, funny and chatty...who brings a valuable input to the shoot. His ideas are tremendous (well , apart from the one with us going down the river and getting all slippery while climbing some rocks in rush lol I blame it all on you ;))

We did great as a team today, Horace made me feel very comfortable around him, such at ease due to him being the loveliest person ever :)

Horace was not only a lovely polite guest in our home but also a great model to work with.

He is enthusiastic in all the ideas and props presented to him and brings a variety of his own ideas (and outfits) to the table.

He is well mannered in every way yet is like a chameleon with the different looks he seems to create in his own exclusive way.

The photos we took were perfect for the composite images I like to create and believe the finished result confirms as such.

I found working with him to be a memorable experience of which I would happily repeat at any time.

A great model who I would highly recommend and look forward to working with him again in the future.

You know when you aim for something, and miss it .... but actually hit something much bigger and BETTER, well that's what I got with Horace. I was incredibly lucky and fortunate to have Horace for my very first model shoot, and he just couldn't have given me a better shoot. We had two days of shooting, and got a couple of scenes including the one he replied to my casting. Horace is a professional in EVERY sense of the word, he's totally committed, has FANTASTIC ideas he brings to a shoot and not only does he take direction well, but its not something you have to really do, this man INSTINCTIVELY knows what your trying to achieve and does his upmost to make you sure you get it. He's warm, funny, energetic, helpful, has everything prepared before the shoot, theres no waiting around with this man, he delivers, pure and simple. His wardrobe is extensive, clean, prepared, and he know how to get the best from a look. Aside from being a fabulous model, he's just a lovely man to be around, interesting to listen to and brings a lot of life experience to a shoot. IF you're one of the lucky ones to get a chance to work with Horace ..... DON'T let that pass. Seriously .... the guy's just absolutely amazing to work with, and I'm still having to pinch myself, that our shoot went ahead and went so well. Thank you Horace :-)

What a lovely weekend with Horace :)

Met Horace at the weekend in Cardiff, and was lucky enough to do a shoot with him on the Sunday :)

Horace is such a lovely man, a real gentleman with class, charm and good positive energy to work with :)

Horace was amazing with me as he knew it was my first time shooting in 'couple modelling' and first time shooting with a male - I felt at constant ease and very comfortable during the sets we did together. I am so pleased with the images - and so honoured I got to do a shoot with Horace :) I would absolutely love to work with him again - top man!! Highly recommended :)

What can I say about this man that hasn't already been said?! I have shot with him before and will, I hope, shoot with him again! This time we did 2 shoots in 2 days. Great model who put up being with me and PJ on a very chilly beach in British summertime (lol) half-clad, and then went from that to gangster style for the next shot. Horace is always reliable, punctual, polite, and 100 percent professional. A++++

It's not often you get to do a shoot with someone that you hold an overwhelming respect and admiration for and I grasped at the chance of working with this PP Legend!

I was not disappointed!

Working in conjunction with Sophie Merlo I was allowed the pleasure to work with Horace on two shoots over two days.

His professionalism, natural style, grace and great humour rubbed off on me during our shoots and I'm sure the results will show this.

You happy to have had the privilege to work with Horace and really hope to work with him again in the near future.

It was a delight to work with Horace on his recent UK tour.

Whilst there were last minute changes to the shoot plan due to weather conditions the new situation gave us lots of interesting opportunities we may never have covered. Witty, suave & sophisticated, Horace is a real gentleman with great creativity who seems to just get the shot every time.

Working with Stacey Jane on her first couple shoot, Horace was sensitive to the situation and between them we got some great images.

If the opportunity arises that we can work together again I would jump at the chance. I highly recommend Horace, book him now whilst you have chance.

I was lucky enough to shoot with Horace on his recent "UK tour". Whilst initially somewhat intimidated by his amazing portfolio and ability to model all sorts of things and seemingly "just nail it", I soon managed to get a shoot plan together to try and do something special with him :-)

And then we saw the weather forecast :-( Well it was a Bank Holiday weekend.....

Not a problem - Horace adapted just as quickly as our shoot plan did, and got right behind the new idea. He was totally professional throughout, very easy to work with, and really is a dream male model. He just looks amazing in every shot you take of him. We also tried some "acting" type of shots with other models, which was a first for me, but Horace was totally happy with this, and tackled it very well.

On his tour he stopped over with us for two nights, and I'm also happy to recommend him as a house-guest :-) Many thanks Horace!! Come back soon.

After a few months of pre comms Horace happened to be in the same area as me, and after a local photographers social meeting we shot the next day!

We had a great idea of what we needed to shoot, and after coffee we went to the local park to take some shots on the Hasselblad and Polaroid cameras. Horace was happy to do any style, and even wait in the same pose for 2/3 minutes whilst we patiently waited for a bird to fly in front of us!

Studio shots were great fun, with a lot of energy, and many interesting ideas. Horace is a great guy and happy to work with him again if he's ever in this part of the country again!

So I had the pleasure of kicking off Horace's tour, He drove for over 8 hours from Belgium to Cheltenham and when he arrived I put him to work straight away which was a bit mean of me but he performed outstandingly, happy to go with my weird ideas.

the shoot didn't last long as we then went to the Gloucester social and enjoyed a pleasant evening.

I would recommend Horace to work with, great model, very expressive and gets the poses you're after very quickly.

Great to have finally met you :)

I had the pleasure to work with Roger on my first male/female duo shoot last week in the Netherlands. I have to say Roger made it very easy for me, he's very professional, respectful and a gentleman. He's also lots of fun to work with and we had a great laugh between shoots :)

I'd love to work with him again and I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend him.

I got to pose with Horace Silver for Scott at Evergreen yesterday in Richmond, London, for a Victorian themed shoot. I would not hesitate to recommend Horace, he is friendly and creative and we got some great photos, and could have had even more if we didn't run out of time.

I had an amazing opportunity to work with Horace Silver for the second time on a gangster themed shoot in London, and on another project the following day. As always, he was an awesome participant in all aspects of the shoot, and made a fantastic effort to develop the wardrobe ideas with Darren S, with whom we worked. Horace put out lots of helpful suggestions as we developed the idea, and put out a professional and energized effort to get the shots right. I highly recommend Horace Silver and hope you'll have the chance to work with him.

I had a great shoot with Horace this week, in-which we were shot by the photographer Scott and Evergreen. What can i say, with myself and Horaces look, we rocked it as gangsters in the back streets of London.
