There are so many impressive things about Horace and his work, so staying concise in a reference like this is a daunting task.

We have had a shoot today and what made it such a productive session was his intellectual grace, resourcefulness, sense of humour and a massive understanding of human psychology, which is so clearly reflected in his hugely diverse portfolio.

It was a real pleasure to work with him and we look forward to the next session, just to consolidate what we have started (also with Terry Slater).

Working with Horace is a real opportunity of learning and achieving meaningful concepts.

I finally had the chance to work with Horace Silver today, and I'm still resonating with the creative awesomeness he brings to a shoot. Horace is so talented at bringing alive the villians from the childhood tales of Dickens, fuses them with modern rock star cool, and blends in a little of the steampunk, artistic, mod and under that, the solid confidence of a professional model. Working with Horace was so much fun! His easygoing but focused willingness to try out ideas until we found something that satisfied us both is contageous. I highly encourage you to work with him, he's got a great look, a wonderful attitude, super talent, and at the end of it all, you might find that after working with him, he's become a friend. I highly recommend Horace, for sure!

Working with Horace was great! He looks great, knows how to pose and responds well to direction (although he needed very little direction). We came up with a wonderfully controversial concept for there shoot and it all came together perfectly. Looking forward to our next shoot :-) Highly recommended!

I had the honour of working with Horace at my studio in London. What an amazing character model he is. He has a deep understanding of what art is all about (as his portfolio proves) and does what ever is needed to get the picture just right.

I worked with Horace for the first time on an erotic duo shoot, this was my first time working with a male model on this kind of shoot and Horace made me instantly feel at ease. He is a lovely man very friendly, relaxed and professional at all times. He is very respectful and generally very easy to work with.

As a model he really gets the idea of art and what is required to achieve a great image. He poses incredibly and is very natural in front of the camera. The images we got from the shoot were fantastic I am so pleased with them and so glad I got to work with Horace on this shoot!

I would highly recommend Horace 200%!

Ghost Light Photography

Had a great shoot with Horace and Lottie21 today. Horace kindly provided his hotel suite as our location and what a great location it was. Pre-shoot communication was excellent and between the three of us we were able to put together a comprehensive plan.

On the day of the shoot, again communications were excellent as we all made our way to Bristol (a 6 hour trip for Horace) and we were able to meet up on time for a coffee and a chance to get to know each other before heading up to the suite. Horace listened well to my direction and followed those instructions, working well with Lottie to get the results we wanted. Horace is a confident model and able to portray a great range of emotion. He is also a genuine person who models for the love of it.

If you are looking for a male model then Horace Silver should be on your list. Highly recommended.

It took ages for mine and Roger's shooting schedules to actually sync for us to be able to shoot together but it was well worth it. Communicates very well, has a great sense of humour and is a joy to work with. Works very well with or without instruction, and I'm looking forward to working again with Horace again!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Horace on a shoot on the streets of London - portraiture with natural light. Horace is a natural model and it's hard to believe he has been modelling for such a short time. He came prepared for the shoot, takes direction well, and is able to contribute his own ideas. I had the great pleasure to work with Horace on a couple shoot with Robyn Elizabeth in London. Neither of them had ever done an erotic couple shoot but both were extremely enthusiastic and adapted to the roles perfectly.

Horace is an absolute great guy. The perfect gentleman, great body and distinctive looks. This man just amazes me...He keeps travelling all the way from Belgium to shoot with photographers in England, no way to long or to hard. The same enthusiasm is reflected in his work. Horace will try any idea and pose to get the perfect image. He is a very laid back guy with a great sense of humour.

I got some amazing images from the shoot and really enjoyed myself working with him. Absolute great guy, brilliant model and highly recommended. Thanks for a brilliant shoot with lots of fun and laughter.:) x

Did my first shoot with Roger yesterday and another model Ana-conda. Communication before the shoot was excellent and during the shoot Roger took great direction and added lots of ideas along the way. Roger was the perfect gentleman which made all feel at ease during the whole shoot, his experience as model shines through and we got some wonderful shots. I wouldn't hesitate in booking Roger again and would thoroughly recommend him to all.

Wow. Iv been wanting to work with Horace after seeing his fantastic work. And I had the opportunity to do a gold digger themed shoot with the man himself and the fantastic jamondo. Couldn't have asked for anyone better. This guy is a real gentleman. With such wonderful manners. He comes across laid back and one heck of a dapper guy. Cool guy lots of fun. Love the outcome of the shots. You have my recommendation!!! Hope to do some more work in future

Horace, was not a only a joyful pleasure to work with, he was a really friendly and easy person to chat to and have a good old natter with.

Communication leading up to our shoot was second to none. He know the type of look i was going for and came fully prepared.

Even though Horace has only been in the modelling game for a relative short time, I was blown away by his knowledge and enthusiasm for modelling. He was not afraid to share his ideas and work with whatever came to mind. A lot of the best images came from him doing his own thing and being spontaneous. He also takes instructions well and goes well beyond the call of duty to achieve a great image.

I will definitely be looking to work with Horace again in the future, that is for sure.

I have shot with Roger on a number of occasions and I couldn't recommend him highly enough he is a hard working, down to earth and fun guy to work with brings his own ideas to the tabl. He works well on his own and wth another model and is someone I wouldn't hesitate to work with again.

3rd shoot with the wonderful Horace and this is getting to be a bit of habit! But there's far worse things! And what photographer in their right mind would not want to work with this guy? Hard working, great communications, reliable and punctual, versatile, willing to do embarrassing things on location (lol), and always polite and charming ... and a great face :)

Today was the day. I finally teamed up with Horace to shoot together. We got in touch quite some time ago and he was nearby and suggested we'd shoot today. It's one of the few times I've shot with a male model and wow did he deliver. The shoot itself was great fun. He's a fascinating, interesting and funny man and I very much enjoyed working with you. I myself am really pleased with the results we ended up with. I'd defintely recommend Horace to anyone and I'm looking forward to work with him again. A little sidenote here: The day almost ended up on a bad note when I asked Horace to pretend to jump over a fence and into the water where in his last jump his phone flipped out of his pocket and ended up in the lake. Fornately we found is and thankfully the thing still works. *who woulld have thought?

Horace was a delight to work with. I joined a shoot that he had planned with Sophie Merlo recently and it was a great experience. We worked in a derelict farmhouse near Bristol and Horace was punctual, well prepared and incredibly helpful. He inputted a lot of good ideas and was very positive in the gritty dereliction that we found ourselves in! I am very pleased with the images from the shoot and would be happy to work with Horace again. Highly recommended!! :-)

If I were scoring this model out of 1-100, I would give him a 99.999. So almost perfect ...! Great communication before, during and after the shoot, reliable and punctual, friendly and easy going with a good attitude and real earnestness to produce great results and to work as hard as it takes to achieve those great results. Not at all work shy. Takes direction well but unafraid to provide his own ideas. Working with him really did feel like a true collaboration. I did two back to back shoots with Horace of a very different nature and found him very versatile in both remits. The first shoot I had him work with another model, and he worked extremely well with her - the second shoot he was shot alone, and again he worked brilliantly. Absolutely recommend him, and I am sure that relatively soon many more photographers will be snapping this great model up and it will be hard to get him. The ultimate reference I can leave someone is I hope/plan to work with them again, and in this case, I do!
