References for The X Factory

Had my first shoot with Kevin today he travelled down to shoot in my area, We had been talking for quite some time about shooting and I’m so thrilled I got the opportunity to meet and shoot with him.

Pre comms were great, Kevin is an incredible photographer with a superb eye for detail, His direction throughout the shoot were amazing and from what I have seen in the back of the camera the images looked stunning!

I would 💯 love to work with Kevin again and would highly recommend, Thank you Kevin x

Went to meet Kevin at The X Factory to discuss a future shoot and events.

Kevin was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable.

The X Factory is a wonderful space!! It's absolutely massive with so much opportunity for different shoot styles to suit every need!! There's also some fantastic, large, outdoor spaces which provide even more variety.

I am looking forward to shooting with Kevin soon and would highly recommend him and his studio.

Had a second shoot at The X Factory with model Keira Lavelle it was supposed to be a duo shoot with another of favourite models I like to work with but she wasn't very well which i totally understand, I'm already looking to book her again anyway.

Any way this studio is worth booking for its eclectic mix areas that you can use, recommended by me.

My second visit after a 2 year gap was saved by Kevin who managed to find a replacement model at very short notice when my booked model had to cancel due to illness.

The studio itself is huge with plenty of natural light and allows you to get an urges feel without needing to scale fences or crawl under barbed wire. Recommended.

Yesterday I had a great shoot at the X Factory with Miss Class.The X Factory is an amazing place to shoot with different rooms and a good roof area that is good for shooting. I had an enjoyable 2 hours and used many of the props that are available to create different ideas.

I would definitely recommend the X Factory.

Fantastic space. Shot for 4 hours here in urbex/bondage shoot and barely scratched the surface. so much decrepit cool. This studio screams a fun post-apocalyptic tone but would be great for any kind of shoot.

Hi , I dont usually book studios I prefer natural light , I had a organised group shoot booked near Stoke and since I was travelling over 5 hours to get there thought I would book a couple of more shoots , I contacted Shelly and booked 2 shoots , firstly Shelly is a fantastic businessman, all communication was prompt and booked onto diaries, I arrived early and Shelly gave me a guided tour of the x factory studio , It is simply put fantastic like no other studio I have been in or seen before , it is a Aladdin's cave , and all natural light too , you could spend hours and hours shooting in there and never run out of ideas . I highly recommend booking this studio and look forward to going back myself.

The X factory is a very interesting place to shoot. I absolutely adored the airy, rustic feel whilst glammed up. The images produced have a lot of character due to the location and is a studio fit for all styles of photography and modelling. Not only that but it had plenty of facilities and accessories available to add to any scenes for the day. In 2 words.. LOVED IT

As photographers we need the right environment to help to create the images we are seeking to create.

I have worked at the X factory on numerous occasions over the last few years and I can only describe it as a photographic playground.

Spacious, well lit, and with amazing props all around you, its a perfect environment in which to create stunning Images. Its not just the environment, its the support from Kevin who helps you and is regularly my Sherpa when I bring loads of props to the shoot, but also helps link you to the best model talent around.

So if you are looking for a shoot location that is novel and provides Urbex shooting with toilets and a kettle, look no further.

What a great studio! I love shooting natural light and the X Factory was fantastic! Full of props and great backdrops to shoot, the only thing you are limited by is your imagination, a really great space.

Kevin, the studio owner, greeted me with a warm, friendly welcome and made sure everything was ok and you were happy.

Thoroughly recommended!

Well what an experience visiting this incredible space!!

Wow there is just so much to do in there. My head running with ideas I wanted to use everything!

This space is just brilliant you can do so much here and in so many different sets and styles.

Just loved it!!

I am due to go back in August so if anyone would like to take the opportunity of a great location I would be happy to do so whilst there again soon.

I had so much fun shooting in this fabulous space! I spent two days working here over a weekend. It is impossible to get bored! There is so much lovely natural light to work with and some great features for urbex style.

Tonnes of props and clothes to work with, the options are endless!

I can’t wait to return and create more here. Definitely one of my favourite places to work.

Another fantastic shoot at the xfactory with Shelly as a great and welcoming host who really looked after me.

The xfactory space is vast and offers incredible natural light along with an abundance of fantastic props and it's certainly a joy to shoot there. A big thanks to Shelly for the returning warm welcome.

My first shoot at the X factory and it most certainly won't be the last. A superb location with a huge range of props and potential. The natural light here is truly fantastic.

Kevin the studio owner was very welcoming and helpful whilst showing us round before our shoot.

First time shooting here at the x factory with Kev. Such a cool interesting place with plenty of different rooms and loads of props. The pictures have turned out great. Would definitely come back again. 😊
