Had my first shoot with J Black and it went amazing!

He very kindly picked me up and dropped me off, as soon as I met him he was welcoming and made me feel comfortable straight away.

We shot in his lovely apartment that he had booked for the weekend, including lingerie and some awesome gel shots!

Throughout the shoot J was easy to talk to, he was very creative and had plenty of ideas but also listened to alot of my ideas aswell!

I highly recommend J and would work with him again. Thank you so much for a lovely shoot, can't wait to see the images! :)

I had a shoot with J yesterday at his house. We both knew what we was doing before hand as our pre shoot conversation- We was both clear to what eachother wanted to achieve. I was very happy with everything and I can’t wait to see the pictures. His partner later came in and helped, they was both chatty and eased my nerves (only second shoot) I would love to shoot with J again.

2nd shoot with J. We decided on an autumn themed shoot in a big pumpkin patch near Taunton and were joined by his lovely fiancé Angel Black. As usual, John was very hospitable, picking me up from the station and taking us to location, then dropping me back to the station after. John is such a talented photographer, and one of the very few you can absolutely guarantee will always produce fantastic high standard images in every shoot. John gives 100% and goes out of his way to make everything perfect, with lighting, impressive equiptment and putting forward creative ideas for the theme. As usual it was an absolute pleasure working with you J. I would recommend John highly to models of all levels. A lovely person and a fantastic photographer who puts 110% into all of his work.

John and I worked together on an autumnal inspired shoot and it was a pleasure to be apart of! John's eye for detail never fails to amaze me, pointing out otherwise small details that could be easily looked over but ends up making the final image stunning! His creativity gives him and edge over the rest, you could throw him in a field and he would find something creative to do within it!

Back of the camera shots always look fantastic, but the final images always blow me away!

I always enjoy working with John and will continue to do so.

Another lovely shoot with John yesterday!!

He came very prepared, he brought props and helped clean up after our fake blood Halloween shoot. John was also happy to instruct me into poses and let me share my ideas of the shoot and possible future shoots.

He used the space we had so well and I’m so happy with the images we created!! He was on time, very polite and made me feel very comfortable throughout the shoot ☺️

Highly recommend and I really look forward to shooting again soon.

Had an amazing photo shoot with Jack last week. We discussed shoot style and outfits prior shoot and came up with ideas that we both are happy with. Jack is very polite, professional with great communication skills prior and trough the shoot, and made me feel very comfortable. I have some outstanding quality images that I'm really happy with. I had the pleasure of working with John on a short home shoot with all pre shoot communications being flawless. I knew exactly what was required from me hair and make up wise as John is great at ensuring all the small details are covered.

The back of the camera images were fantastic and I can't wait to start showing them off! I have watched John's photography blossom since the start of twenty nineteen and I must say I am incredibly proud of how far he has come.

All of his work is flawless, every detail considered from makeup up to clothing items and accessories.

As John's progressed with his photography his attention to editing has improved massively and he spends hours perfecting his images. He is always full of creative ideas so get booked in!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John to new models or professionals, he is able to adapt to all levels and skills so effortlessly and I can promise you, you will receive images that will leave you feeling amazing.

Everything went as arranged and John was extremely helpful with directions to the shoot location and I felt welcomed from the offset. John is a very talented individual who has a keen eye for detail. Every time we work together I know I will get amazing shots that I will love and today was no exception!

John is very easy to chat to and conversation easily flows. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease straight away. All pre shoot communication was brilliant and we soon had a plan in our head with a mood board for reference.

Although he's only been shooting still photography for a few months, he has improved massively throughout that time and continues to amaze me each and every time I see an image.

I know how much time he takes over his photography and editing, sometimes pouring over a single image for hours until it's just right.

In my opinion John is especially good at location work and I'm super excited for our upcoming shoot next month in Greece. All the images I see that he has shot on location I have fallen in love with and I simply cant wait.

John truly is a brilliant individual and a perfect gentleman during every shoot. His skill and dedication amaze me and I'm beyond happy with our images, he knows all the right angles and all the right lighting to make me look amazing. I had my first photo shoot with John on the 3rd of July and honestly it was amazing. I was a lot more nervous than I would like to let on but from the second I got to the location John put me at ease and welcomed me with a big hug. Walking to the destination we had a good chat and it felt like I’d known him for years and like I was just going for a nice walk with an old friend.

Once we’d reached the perfect place for our first set of shots John started setting up and did a few test shots for lighting etc. Then I got changed and felt a little bit awkward with it being my first shoot and not knowing quite what to do. Again, John kept reassuring me and guided me with different angles and poses and before we knew it the shots were flowing along with lots of jokes and laughs. The entire time John made me feel like I looked fabulous and telling me what lovely pictures they were which really put me at ease. He also kept showing me back of camera shots which again boosted my confidence massively!

We did a few different style shots as there was lots of variation in the one location. After a spot of lunch (of course it had to be cheesy chips!) and a much needed lemonade we quickly got back to it and got some more really lovely shots! We then drove in convoy to another location I suggested with cascading falls and beautiful backdrops where we took some shots in a river and on a waterfall. Honestly I have never felt so amazing about myself! I really couldn’t have asked for a better photographer to accompany me in my first photo shoot and I am really looking forward to the next one! Since the shoot John has helped me massively with setting up my PurplePort account! Not only have I had a really successful shoot but I also feel like I’ve gained a great friend and I will forever be grateful for such a lovely person!

We have finally shot after talking and arranging it for a long while. He was easy to get along with and we shot lingerie to start off with using different variety of lingerie. He knows how to get great images by lighting and angles etc. Afterwards we went outdoors and did some location shoot in the lovely weather.

Was lovely meeting angel black too she was helping with lighting on location.

I’ve seen previews on pictures I can’t wait to see the final images.

Working with John was an honour. He is extremely easy to get along with. After seeing his work I simply had to work with him! Arranging the shoot was completely stress free and well organised. He is so talented, and perfects everything he does. I felt so welcomed and at ease all throughout the shoot, from start to finish. He is accommodating, him and Angel offered me food and drink throughout. We had great banter whilst capturing some incredible shots. Angel and John were kind, helpful and encouraging, giving me advice and tips which made me feel more and more confident as the shoot progressed. Anybody would be lucky to shoot with him. His work speaks for itself, but on top of that he is a lovely person, super easy to get along with and perfect for any level of shooting and models. Thank you so much J! My second shoot with John and of course it was great!

It all went to plan and we took amazing images in Barry Island in different spaces on location as well as an apartment including a duo with Angel 😊

J loves what he does and it comes out in his images every time. His communication is on point!

He's defiantly the photographer to stay with and work with further on. I'm always happy shooting with John and I already can't wait to work together again 😁 Really looking forward to post the images and get more ideas planned for next time!

Had an absolutely great day shooting with John yesterday. He and Angel made me feel incredibly comfortable upon arriving, I was well looked after from the get go!

John is a fantastic photographer, great communicator and has a keen eye for lighting. We shot a few outfits in studio, then moved to a beautiful location to get some shots outside. The images I’ve seen so far look so great! I cannot wait to see the final results.

My first shoot with John and first of all I'm going to mention his talent! Honestly I knew as soon as I saw his work that I would want to work with his craft! Communication was excellent and I got to do a variety of shots, some solos and duos with Angel and it went so smoothly.

Honestly would love to work with him again, I'm so looking forward to venturing into my signature pose and going into 'wild mode' a little more.

First shoot with John today and what can I say except I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Pre shoot communications were clear and concise. We wasted no time booking the shoot and quickly decided on a date and theme.

John was early in arriving to the shoot. He picked me up and we headed to our first location. John was very friendly and made me feel very at ease. Conversation flowed well and it helped create a comfortable and friendly environment to shoot in.

We took lots of photos, making the joke that as long as we got 10 it would be fine, but after going through the photos we had taken far more than that that we were both happy with.

I cannot wait to see how the final images turn out, and I will 100% be working with him again. Would recommend John to any model looking to get some great images on their port!!

Wow! Another great shoot with John today! We conducted a duo shoot at mine and on location.

John is so easy to get along with, friendly, and once again felt really comfortable in his company.

We got through a range of different styles and John was very good at fulfilling the the images we had aimed to get and had previously talked about, which goes on to mention that John's communication is excellent.

John used the mood board images I had sent him as inspiration as he wants to ensure we are all happy with what we create and keep on track. We like to have a bit of direction within a shoot for it to be most productive.

John is great at utilising the space we have available and was able to make use of the natural daylight too with no trouble.

Was very pleased at having a few peaks of the back of camera photos and can't wait to see how they turn out when John sends them.

Thanks again for a great day, John and can't wait for the next shoot already!
