I had a brief shoot with Carla a few months ago, and it went so well that I knew I had to book an all-day shoot with her. That shoot happened on Friday. And it was well worth the wait. Jeez - she's good!

I can't really add anything new to all the superlatives that have already been heaped upon her, so I'll leave it at this... as well as her looks and flawless skin, Carla is highly experienced (she knows how to work with the camera), creative, versatile, has a brilliant wardrobe and great eye for interesting styling, and is reliable and 100% professional in every respect.

On top of all that Carla has a sparkling personality and is totally unpretentious (definitely not a Diva!), so she's a joy to work with.

Recommended? Not 'arf. :)

Assisted location shoots with Carla and Adrian August availability Wiltshire

I applied for this casting as soon as i noticed it, as i have wanted to shoot with Carla again for a while now, and having Adrian there as well is a huge bonus. The shoot was excellent travelling around different locations with Carla changing into different outfits along the way giving the 4 hour shoot a lot of variety. Carla has very good style sense and always looks amazing if left to choose what she wears for a shoot. I am really made up with the pictures i took away from the shoot and learnt a fair bit from Adrian along the way.

I would recommend these casting calls and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

I had the privilege of working with Carla at Trident Studio. She is an amazing model and works so hard! She did six sets on a 60's theme and her outfits were incredible.

She is very professional, but a lot of fun, easy to work with, strikes the most amazing poses, and is a genuinely lovely lady! I really enjoyed the evening and I would love to work with her again!

As a relatively new photographer to this genre I have no problem recommending Carla and could see she was at home in front of the camera no matter how experienced the photographer!

What more can I add to what has already been said. I had an unexpected shoot with the lovely Carla when she broke her journey to Plymouth to come into my studio.

We managed a number of fashion sets as I was balancing ambient light and strobe lighting. Carla is lovely to work with, relaxed and friendly poses with ease.

Absolutely thrilled with the results.

I’m very pleased to be leaving the amazing Carla’s 1079th reference. Pleased though I am, I’m struggling to think of something different to say. So I’ll repeat a lot. Carla looks amazing, poses brilliantly, is a genuinely nice person to work with, a general all round good egg.

What was awesome for me was the fact that Carla is absolutely overflowing with ideas, all of which are supported with a seemingly endless number of outfits she pulls from her relatively compact bags of ‘stuff’. Seems she has her own Tardis! Therefore Carla makes it ridiculously easy to create great images. Happily I didn’t lose / break my camera, so I could do my bit too.

I’m delighted with the results and look forward to editing them. Though tbh the edits are really to remove my gaffes!

This is a massive Thank you to Carla & Adrian for organising the London fashion workshop in Shoreditch. Carla was fantastic its not easy to keep four photographers busy, but she managed it throughout the whole workshop. She looked amazing from look to look from start to finish, and Adrian who had the locations picked out, advised, kept us safe, watered and just generally looked after, just a fantastic day! Another very enjoyable shoot with Carla and Adrian. Their home studio works very well, and they make the shoot so easy and lots of fun. This time a group shoot for portraits and fashion, and I couldn't believe my luck when the the other 2 photographers couldn't make it. Well .... I don't know where to start.

Words can not make any justice to our second shoot but the images will speak for themselves.

Carla has over 1000 Positive References and many years of experience, so no introduction is needed.

From my experience just to say that she is an Amazing Model and a Wonderful Person.

I do have total Respect and Admiration for her. I noticed her Profile since I joined PP over 7 years ago but only managed to shoot with her for the first time before the Pandemic.

Fortunately, we are stil here, surviving the devastating effects of Covid and managed to have our second shoot on her Tour to the North.

Sometimes you do connect with a Model as a person, sometimes you don't.

With Carla and Adrian is total connection. Beautiful Creatives.

I had the pleasure of my first shoot with Carla today at 2G Studio and with Paul assisting with the lighting. I had wanted to shoot with Carla for sometime and has soon as I saw the casting I booked a shoot.

As soon as I walked into the studio. I felt completely at ease with Carla.

Carla is very professional and can pose effortlessly all day long. We did shear, lingerie with shear, art nude, 60's fashion and portraiture.

I now look forward to editing the images, from what I have seen I don't think they will need much work.

There is only one thing left to say and that is that Carla is one of the best models I have worked with.

If you want a top model to shoot with and have brilliant images at the end of the shoot, don't hesitate and book a shoot with Carla.

I have wanted to shoot with Carla for some time, and yesterday I finally got the chance at her studio day at 2G studio. It was well worth the wait, Carla was lovely, down-to earth, enthusiastic and full of ideas, had a great range of outfits and we worked through several looks. She poses without direction, and almost seemed to read my mind on occasions getting the look that I was after.

Having started to edit the images they are all good, the difficulty will be deciding which of them to use, I am already thinking about when I might be able to plan another session with Carla, if you haven’t already shot with this real “ super model” do it now.

I did my third assisted location shoot with Carla and Adrian today: I've nearly completed The Four Seasons now, it being Spring today, and having previously done Summer and Autumn! Not sure about Winter location shoots in this country though... ;-)

As before, my hosts for the day had already found numerous photogenic locations so it was a simple matter of driving from one winning spot to another with no wasted time, enabling us to cover a good variety of locations again. Amongst other things, we shot in fields of rapeseed and wild flowers, and caught the last of the bluebells in some woodland, all in the quiet Wiltshire countryside near Swindon. Carla's ever-changing outfits always perfectly matched the locations she knew we were heading to next and it almost goes without saying that her modelling talents are second to none so it's not hard getting amazing shots, and we were helped along by beautiful weather today too.

This was my first shoot with some new lighting gear, so Adrian was spared the heavy lifting of the sturdy lighting stand and beauty dish that I had borrowed for previous shoots. Instead, I had a small dome diffuser on my portable flash (which turned out to work surprisingly well!) and it was easiest for Adrian to simply hold it rather than faffing with any lighting stand at all! He looked funny holding what resembled a hand-held speed camera (or maybe a laser gun or a hair dryer!), but it saved a lot of set-up time for each shot.

It's not often that you have the luxury of an assistant on a location shoot, but it does make a difference, and with such a beautiful and fabulous model as Carla too I really do highly recommend these shoots. Book yours now and make the most of countryside this summer!
