Had my first shoot with Carla yesterday at TGB studios. She delivered all I was after and more. She is such an amazing model, so versatile, posed with ease and elegance. It was a very productive 2hrs, and it went so fast that I wish I had 4hrs.

Not only is the modelling side amazing, but Carla is such a lovely person. So warm and friendly and we had a lovely chat through the shoot. Her hubbby who I met at the end of the shoot is a nice chap too!

Would I shoot Carla again - 100%

A short but sweet shoot with Carla today, who, as over 1100 references can attest to, really is the best of the best. Just amazing to work with and hope to catch up in the new year for a full shoot. 100% Reccomendation.

Had another wonderful shoot with the ever-amazing Carla today, this time working indoors for the first time together at Mr Dave's splendid Sowton Studio :-)

Carla was staying at Mr Dave's for a few days and kindly thought to ask me if I'd be interested in shooting her there as a change from the (assisted) location shoots that we've done previously. I'm very glad I took up the opportunity, partly because the weather hasn't been great lately for doing location shoots, and partly because Sowton Studio is such a delightful place to work. Mr Dave and Carla were both very friendly and welcoming, with tea/coffee offered throughout my stay, and Mr Dave's home studio offers a surprising variety of places to shoot, including a spacious living room with many backdrops available, a large bedroom flooded with soft light, a wood cabin with changing sets (incorporating a Boho look today) and a large private garden with a lamp-post(!) and several other unusual points of interest.

Those who have had the privilege of working with Carla before will know that she always has the perfect outfit for each location, so we covered many styles today - the expected living room and boudoir looks, plus the quite unexpected bonuses of autumn fashion looks in the garden and hippy Boho vibes in the cabin :-) Carla was great company throughout, as she always is - friendly and chatty, but also hard-working and far more than just professional: She's always committed to achieving the best possible shots, and helped me out on a few occasions today, suggesting changes of perspective and lighting that I otherwise wouldn't have thought of myself. She may not do much photography herself, but clearly working with as many photographers as she has done over the years has given her a lot of know-how that she's very happy to share with comparative novices such as me :-)

Knight Vision Photography

Not a lot I can say actually apart from I had a wonderful shoot with Carla who has been on my shoot wish list for some time. Carla was on tour, so I was fortunate to get a slot at Mr Dave's during her stay.

Pre comms were fantastic where we were able to confirm styles for the outfits and Carla pulled them off to a T such a professional model and a pleasant young lady.

I will look forward to the next tour as I will be adding another shoot in.

What a privilege it was to photograph Carla for three hours recently!

I was so fortunate that she visited Sowton Studio in my city and that the good weather allowed us to shoot in the garden and nearby countryside.

Carla was enthusiastic about the Pre-Raphaelite style I had prepared and looked stunning in the long, flowing outfits. Her modelling style was just right for the look I was after. In an instant she became Princess Carla of Monaco 😊 Needless to say, she looks stunning in every shot.

Every photographer on here knows how outstanding a model Carla is. I felt so lucky that it was finally my chance to work with her. She is a delightful person to be which made collaborating with her an absolute joy.

I can’t recommend Carla highly enough. You owe it to yourself to work with her 😊

The Image Factory

This is my second shoot with Carla - grabbing a few hours of her Devon Tour - we jumped in with the light and the environment as it was and created many lovely images - nothing story boarded or discussed before hand just what we had on the day - to have achieved one really good image from the session would be a great but i'm struggling to choose the image of the shoot as there are so many - she works brilliantly without direction and responds when it needs a tweek - We shot at Mr Daves - could not have worked better! - no flash required...

Carla came to my studio for 8 hours spread over 2 days, hair and make-up immaculate as always. We explored many themes and used lots of different props, whatever we gave to Carla she made it work. We managed to achieve a wide variety of moods. Carla worked so hard and made this shoot very productive. You can't go wrong with Carla, one of the best portrait models available.

Carla and I have been chatting for a bit and finally found a time that suited us both. She is fab at communication and very organised, she arrived at my studio on time and armed with a wide variety of awesome outfits above and beyond those we had spoken of. Carla is one of those modelling gems where she is experienced, knows how to pose and is effortless in front of the camera. A natural grace that can't be taught. Work aside, she is also a lovely person, fully vested in the day, but also fun to chat with. We had so much fun taking a wide variety of shots across 5 or 6 different looks. Each style was different, but equally powerful as she made the looks we were crafting stand out. I have so many favourites from today, my only problem is figuring out which ones to edit:)

I had a shoot with Carla and her husband in their fashion studio in Swindon . They are very friendly and we shoot lots of cool fashion style . The photos look fabulous and carol is great at styling! I get lovely hair made by carol and wear beautiful accessories! I hope can work with carol again ! Highly recommended!

You can’t really emphasise too much how beautiful and talented Carla is. Full of ideas and plenty of outfits and props. We shot beauty, fashion, lingerie and fine art nude. Absolutely superb in all respects. I am sure it won’t be long before we shoot again (I hope).

into the beautiful countryside and we found some great locations, and due to the dry weather some locations that would not normally be available. it was a joy the Summer colours were beautiful and the weather was good. it was a great day and we got some lovely images thank you both I strongly recommend these location shoots

I attended my first natural light photography workshop with Carla and Adrian.

I had a fantastic time shooting on location around Swindon.

Carla and Adrian are both lovely people who are extremely easy to get on with. The workshop was extremely well run and they did a fantastic job of catering for different experience levels amongst the group.

Carla is a fabulous model with lots of experience. I learned a lot from both Adrian and Carla and can't wait to work with them again in the future.

Professionalism, friendliness, kindness, courtesy and humour with a warm welcoming smile from the outset of the day, it lasted right through until the very end of the final session without them loosing concentration of what or why they were there together holding this Natural Light workshop.

Carla appeared as fresh at the end of the event as when she started, while Adrian's enthusiasm and eagerness to express helpfulness never waned even until we departed.

Given the level of knowledge and understanding Adrian was equipped with to help, combined with the outstanding beauty and gracefulness of Carla's modelling knowledge and ease of direction, what else could any photographer ask for from a first class, well practiced format, nicely thought out and expertly delivered, while offering individual relevant advisory critique, and paying special attention to details, offering praise where and when it was obviously due and never missing the opportunity to give help to those who sought improvement in their shots.

Adrian and Carla worked so well as a team, that I would recommend the experience to anyone who considers they might benefit from the two fold expert help and advice on the hoof in a real world thoughtful photography exercise.

Carla's exceptional good looks and modelling experience combines to ensure that every photographer finishes the whole workshop with photographs they can rely upon to be among their highest quality photographs and look back with memorable pleasure and affection of a time well spent.

Opportunity to photograph a consummate professional with expert advice added to the equation doesn't come along every day, I would say it's worthwhile taking the up that opportunity when it is offered.

I attended a natural light photography workshop with Adrian & Carla. In short: It was a fantastic day and something I would attend again.

Carla is a fantastic model whose experience is evident when you work with her. She is very easy to communicate with, and a very good teacher when it comes to taking photographs as she knows what will look good behind the lens which is an immensely impressive skill. Her ideas for poses and shots are fantastic and something I really appreciated whilst shooting.

Carla’s experience and vast array of posing / expressions means that your never without something new or different to shoot, this lady doesn’t stop working either with four photographers rotating around in the workshop and it not even phasing her!

All in all it was a pleasure to work with Carla and she taught me a lot, I would highly recommend working with her on your own project, or joining one of the workshops like I did.

Another fantastic shoot with Carla, this time at several locations around Swindon, as before Carla is fantastic to work with and we achieved some great shots at all the locations. The weather was great through the day as well making for great natural light images. This is an long, long-overdue reference for this incredible lady. Apologies I've not left one earlier!

Being a huge admirer of Carla's work for many years now, I somehow never quite managed to get around to working with her, so I literally jumped at the chance when I found out that she would be doing one of her famous "walking workshops" literally 5 minutes from my house in London.

Upon meeting the A & C Creative team on shoot day, I really could not have expected how warm and welcoming they were. When speaking to Carla herself, none of the attendees felt rushed or intimated - it was just a great atmosphere.

It should be noted that this was also down to her amazing husband Adrian, who was literally the perfect host with a wealth of experience and great stories he shared with us all.

It had been quite a while that I had produced so many "keepers" from one shoot, and to be honest I'm still deciding on edits 6 months later. All this was done with the help of Carla, and also Adrian's encouraging guidance on the day.

Carla herself is an absolute dream - FACT, and she genuinely ticks every box. She has a great personality, looks incredible, is extremely down to earth and I now know first-hand why she is always in such demand. The dynamic duo of A & C Creative can count on me attending the next time they are nearby.
