Attended a natural light workshop with Kris yesterday. This is my 5th workshop with him in addition to some other photography days. Just looking through his portfolio you can see the class. He consistently creates quality images. He is also great at directing, explaining and guiding at the workshops and I've learnt so much in such a short period of time. Thank you. I would highly recommend Kris to any model or photographer looking to add to their portfolio.

Had an awesome shoot with Kris, he has a great sense of humour and a very smooth, relaxed way of working along with his incredible talent. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much during a photoshoot! Communication was great at all stages and his passion and principals are clear. We created some amazing images, I can’t wait to see final edits and am really looking forward to working with Kris again! Can’t recommend enough.

I spent the day on Friday with Kris doing a private tuition with set goals around steps needed to improve my overall photography and portfolio. Prior we had discussed and setup a format for the day consisting of a portfolio review, a discussion around a few ways to improve overall, an interactive shoot with a model and afterwards a wrap up and discussion around key observations made.

Kris has unique and direct approach which resonates with his subjects, his knowledge is vast and has a critical and keen eye, and he's passionate. We had a great review session and from the start I felt a good choice had been made!

At the end of the day I walked away with a fresh perspective to my approach, a good direction and ways to take my photography to the next level and overall feeling more confident! It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience and well worth it!

Had a great day shooting with Kris at his home studio.

Only took a few years for us to organise and despite me ending up on the wrong train (doh) at my last connection, he calmly came & collected me from my extra travels (& only marginally took the p***). I was watered, fed and looked after, we shot in the arcade too - for professional research, and testing of the games purposes.

A natural at coaching and building report with his subject, the time whizzed by and I totally love the images produced.

Awesome as always sense of humour, was a total pleasure and thank you for having me down to Littlehampton.

I attended two workshops with Kris, portraiture at Scarlett Door, and home studio set up, which Jamila and Kris hosted at their home.

Kris is passionate about his profession and therefore is able to teach and guide expertly. His relationship with the models he chooses is always excellent, coupled with a banter unique to Kris, always delivers a thoroughly enjoyable and fruitful experience.

I modelled for both of Kris's headshot workshop at Scarlet Door over the weekend.

It's always a great laugh working with Kris and of course he's great at what he does. The other photographers on the workshop went away with some lovely photos. I really enjoyed the two days.

Also... he offered me the last piece of flapjack! What more can you ask for!

I really enjoyed the headshot workshop Kris ran this past weekend. Along with being great fun to be around, he had lots of great advice to impart on us. He was generous with his own equipment, letting us try different lenses and filters that he had so we could compare results. He probably should set up an affiliate link for the products as his enthusiasm for the equipment (like his 135) is contagious! I got many good shots over the course of the day and a good part of that is due to his expertise with the lighting set-ups.

I would highly recommend Kris and hope to take part in another of his workshops in the near future!

I absolutely loved working with Kris, he was so easy to get along with and professional is an understatement! Kris told me he gives tutorials in photography, which shone through in our shoot, as I was given some direction to get the best results. It was really nice to see another 'style' of shooting.

I joined in on Kris's evening workshop earlier this week. I found Kris to be very knowledgeable in many aspects of photography. Too often 'Pros'are able to take great image but are not able to teach to the same calibre. Kris was a fantastic teacher, taking time to get across all the information in a fun and digestible way

Kris explained all of the reasoning as to 'why' something was done the way it was. He offered honesty direct feedback, and advise. Kris made sure that everyone on the workshop was able to get hands on time and was able to take a range of photographs. I am very pleased with how the workshop was run, and I am already booked on to more of his in the coming months.

Kris is a great teacher of his craft, and photographer. Highly recommend!

Just got back from Kris' fashion & portrait workshop at Scarlet Door and experienced an unbelievably informative day. Kris' enthusiasm and sense of humour really shine though in the way he delivers so it's impossible not to have fun whilst you learn.

The pace of the workshop is superb, and with tons of shooting time you will have so much new material to work with. Kris also takes time to explain everything as he goes so that you really do learn 'why', 'what' & 'how' which is so important. A quick scan through the images has confirmed the instant improvement.

I can't recommend one of Kris' workshops enough, if you haven't been, you really are missing out!

I attended Kris' street portraiture workshop and enjoyed every moment of it. Kris is fantastic as a tutor and passes on a lot of his knowledge with enthusiasm and humour. He's very patient and answers every question in detail. He's great at interacting with models and I picked up a lots of little tips just watching him shoot. Kris made the entire day fully worthwhile for us and even bought us coffee to wrap up the day. I'd definitely be back for more. Highly recommended!

Workshop itself was fantastically run as always and the models were great fun and very professional throughout!!
